How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive in about 6 days, typically within a 4-8 business day window. Every order ships tracked, and the tracking number is emailed the moment it leaves the warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order, with no minimum. There are no handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.

Warranty & returns
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every device we sell is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. If a device stops working through no fault of your own within that year, email us with your order number and we will repair, replace or refund it.
What does the warranty not cover?
Accidental damage, water damage on devices that are not water-resistant, normal wear on consumable parts, and damage caused by use outside the instructions.
Can I return something I simply did not get on with?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused device in its original packaging. Return postage is on you for a change of mind, and on us if the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Using the LED face mask
Is LED light safe for my eyes?
The mask emits no UV. Even so, keep your eyes closed during a session, which is what the instructions ask for. If you have any eye condition or take medication that increases light sensitivity, check with your doctor first.
How often should I use it?
Ten-minute sessions, three to five times a week, work better than long occasional sessions. Consistency over several weeks matters more than session length.
When will I see a difference?
Most people using this kind of device look for changes over four to twelve weeks of regular use. Results differ from person to person, and this is a cosmetic device rather than a medical treatment.
Should I apply serum before or after?
After. Use the mask on clean, dry, bare skin, then follow with your serum and moisturiser once the session is finished.
Which colour should I use?
Pick the one that matches your main concern and stay with it for several weeks rather than switching every session. Red, around 630 nm, is where most people start.
Can I use it with retinol or acids?
Use the mask on bare skin and apply active ingredients afterwards. If your skin is currently sensitised from a strong retinoid or peel, give it a break first.
Who should not use it?
It is not recommended during pregnancy, for children, for anyone with photosensitivity, or for anyone with a thyroid condition. If you are treating a diagnosed skin condition, speak to a dermatologist first.
Will it fit my face?
The shell is flexible silicone with adjustable straps, so it follows the shape of the face rather than sitting rigidly over it. Outer dimensions are 12.20 x 8.66 x 1.18 in.
Using the other devices
Does the ultrasonic spatula work on dry skin?
No. It needs damp skin to work, because the ultrasonic vibration turns water into the mist that lifts buildup. Wet your face first.
How hot does the curler get?
Six settings between 300 and 390 degrees Fahrenheit, with an adjustable 8-18 second timer. Start on the lowest setting that holds a curl for your hair type.
Will the brush cleaner fit my brushes?
It ships with several rubber collars in different diameters, which cover most standard brush handles across mixed sets.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the accelerated checkout options shown at the payment step. Payments are processed by Shopify, and we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it has not been dispatched yet, we can change or cancel it.

About the specs
Why do you publish wavelengths when other brands do not?
Because it is the only way to compare devices honestly. A mask that lists nothing can claim anything. Ours lists every wavelength, from 440 to 630 nm plus 850 nm near-infrared, so you can check it against what you have read elsewhere.
Are your devices FDA cleared or clinically proven?
No, and we will not say otherwise. These are cosmetic devices, not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Anyone selling you a mask with those words attached is worth a second look.
